01Who does the work?
Steve Chrétien, founder of Pills. He runs every engagement himself, from the first call to handover. No subcontracting, no succession of consultants.
02Do you get access to our files and data?
We work inside your environment, your Microsoft 365 or your Google Workspace. Your data stays with you. We only access what the engagement needs, and you keep control of access rights.
03Do we need to buy a new tool?
No, not by reflex. We start from what you already have. An extra tool only comes in if it truly does better. We take no vendor commission.
04How long before a first result?
The first decisions come out of the diagnostic, not in month three. Every step produces something usable. In one legal department, the diagnostic relied on a sample of 250 contracts out of 1,100.
05What happens at the end of the engagement?
Your team can carry on alone. We hand over the documentation and operating procedures, and we train your internal leads. Handover is the goal of the engagement, not a bonus.
06What about AI?
We use it where a task is repetitive, documented and checkable: sorting requests, answering recurring questions, finding a document. The decision stays with the lawyer, and your data stays in your environment.
