Four sessions.
And what happens between them.
A habit does not settle in half a day. The programme alternates short sessions and hands-on practice on your own files, in a small group, over one month.
Who it is for
Lawyers and in-house counsel who want a practice to stick, without pulling a whole team out or blocking a full day.
After a one-day course the practice fades. Nobody has time to try it, and there is no longer anyone to ask when something gets stuck.
Team training moves one organisation forward on its own material, in one go. The programme moves individuals from different organisations forward over time.
A workshop produces one object in a day and tries to break it. The programme puts a habit in place over four weeks, on the files you are already handling.
The progression
What the tool actually does
What it can do, what it cannot, and how to check the difference rather than take its word for it.
To try: one real task from your week.
Your attempts, corrected
We go back over what you tried: what worked, what failed, and why.
To try: the same case, with the method corrected.
Cut it down until it holds
Break a task apart, isolate the step that can run on its own, and leave legal judgement where it belongs.
To try: measure the time actually saved.
Consolidation
What you keep, what you drop, what you write down for the team.
Then a thirty-minute one-to-one.
Between two sessions
Each session ends with one thing to try on your own files, and the next one opens on what came of it. A written channel stays open throughout for the questions that block you. That is what separates a programme from a long course.

- Your own cases worked through, then corrected.
