Dedicated offer · MS 365 & Google Workspace

Pills. Studio.
On your
stack.

Pills. Studio is a dedicated offer, distinct from Pills. consulting. You purchase Legal Ops products deployable on your existing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, standard or custom-built. Not the full Pills. consulting engagement: a limited scope, a deliverable, a deployment, a handover.

5 use cases,
running on your stack.

Automatic tracking of contractual deadlines. No new software, no document migration.

Automatic triage by type, assignment to an available lawyer, consolidated dashboard for the C-suite.

Covers recurring questions (GDPR, procurement policy, code of conduct). Each answer cites its source.

Drift monitoring, D-1 data, shareable with leadership, drill-down on every metric.

Automatic retention rules compliant with legal obligations. Confidentiality labels applied to every document.

Security and governance

The framework that reassures
your CISO and DPO.

DPIA and CISO already done

Your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace agreements already include compliance elements (DPIA, ISO 27001 certifications, EU hosting). A Pills. deployment uses the existing setup. No new subcontractor to validate.

Granular access control

Microsoft side: Active Directory, MFA, Sensitivity Labels, Data Loss Prevention. Google side: Cloud Identity, Context-Aware Access, Drive labels, DLP rules. Every user only accesses the documents that concern them.

Your data, your tenant

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, both EU-hosted with activatable audit logs and configurable GDPR retention rules. Legal data never leaves your tenant.

Frequently asked questions

The objections
we hear at every framing.

Are additional licenses needed for what Pills. builds?+

Most often no. The bricks we use (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate on Microsoft side; Drive, Chat, Apps Script on Google side) are included in standard Business / Enterprise plans. Some advanced features (Copilot Studio, Gemini for Workspace, Power BI Pro) may justify an add-on, validated during the scoping phase.

What organization size makes sense?+

From a legal team of 5 people for in-house departments, or 3 partners in private practice. Below that, the ROI of a structuring project is harder to reach. But targeted automations (NDA, signature, knowledge management) remain relevant.

Does this fully replace a dedicated CLM SaaS (Ironclad, LinkSquares, DocuSign CLM)?+

For 80% of organizations, yes. For the remaining 20% (multinationals with >50,000 contracts/year and specific needs), a dedicated CLM SaaS may still be relevant. We say it honestly during scoping.

How long to deploy a complete CLM?+

Between 8 and 16 weeks depending on the maturity of your stack and the complexity of your workflows. The initial scoping gives a precise range.

What if we already have a legal SaaS in place?+

We coexist or replace depending on the context. The rule: don't multiply tools. If your current SaaS truly covers your needs, we keep it. Otherwise, we transition progressively.

Can our IT team maintain what's deployed after you leave?+

Yes. Everything we build uses the native Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tools your IT already masters. Full documentation and training of internal champions included in phase 4.
