Keep up with the business on contracts

Contract volume follows the sales pace, not the team’s.

You will recognise it
  1. Quarter ends swamp the team.
  2. Every contract is reviewed the same way, whatever the stake.
  3. Sales chase you to know where their contract stands.

Work piles up at the same checkpoint.

On an engagement

2021 · French subsidiary of an international healthcare group · 1 lawyer · 20 to 40 NDAs a month

NDAs seemed too simple to deserve a tool, yet numerous enough to keep the lawyer busy: 75 minutes per NDA on average, four storage spaces, and 100% of requests went through her, even the most standard ones. “I spend more time gathering information than doing legal work,” she said.

We redesigned the flow around one rule: a request is entered only once. Form, document generation, check of non-standard clauses, signature and filing were built in Google Workspace, the tool already in place. The lawyer now only steps in on real exceptions. In six months, a standard NDA went from 75 to 10 minutes.

What changes

Contract volume follows the pace of sales, not the pace of the team. Up-to-date templates, clear approval thresholds and a visible queue let you keep up without reviewing everything the same way.

What we put in place

Contract journey from request to signature, approval thresholds, a visible work queue.
